ProThread sells exclusively business-to-business. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession, and that you have authority to act for the purchasing business. We do not accept consumer orders. These terms apply to use of our website and, unless different terms are agreed in writing, quotations and orders for workwear and related decoration services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Website use
Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, misuse its content or submit unlawful material. We aim to keep information accurate, but website content is general information and may change. Images, colours and product descriptions are illustrative; availability and specifications should be confirmed when ordering.
3. Quotations and order acceptance
A quotation is not an acceptance of an order. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance in writing. Your quotation or order confirmation will specify products, quantities, decoration, prices and any agreed delivery or payment arrangements. Please check these details carefully and notify us of errors promptly. Changes after acceptance require our written agreement and may affect price or timing.
4. Prices and payment
Prices, VAT treatment, delivery charges and payment due dates will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Any required deposit will be confirmed before the order proceeds. Production or dispatch may be held pending agreed payment. We will not change the price of an accepted order without your agreement.
5. Artwork, sizing and approval
You are responsible for supplying accurate instructions, quantities, sizes and suitable artwork, and for having permission to use any logos or designs you provide. Where a proof or sample is supplied, please check it carefully before approval. Production may begin only after the required approval. Screen colours and fabric or decoration finishes may differ from the final product, subject to agreed specifications and your statutory rights.
6. Delivery
Delivery dates will be confirmed with your order and are estimates unless expressly agreed as binding. We will tell you about material delays as soon as reasonably possible. Please provide an accurate delivery address and notify us promptly of missing or damaged items. Any request for prompt notification does not remove statutory rights. Risk and ownership will pass in accordance with applicable law and any expressly agreed order terms.
7. Cancellations, returns and faults
Custom-branded items, including embroidered, printed, personalised or otherwise made-to-order goods, cannot be cancelled or returned once we have accepted your order, unless they are faulty. This includes returns due to a change of mind or customer-approved sizes, quantities or artwork. Please check all order details and proofs carefully before ordering or approving production. Contact us promptly at hello@prothread.co.uk or on 0161 570 9270 if you believe goods are faulty, with your order details, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. We will assess the fault and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law. Please contact us before returning goods so we can agree return arrangements. Returns or cancellations of non-customised goods require our prior written agreement. Nothing in this policy excludes any rights or remedies for faulty goods, goods that do not match the agreed description or specification, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer cooling-off rights do not apply to genuine business-to-business purchases.
8. Intellectual property
Website content belongs to ProThread or its licensors and must not be copied or used commercially without permission. You retain rights in artwork you provide and give us permission to use it only as needed to fulfil your order. You must not provide content that infringes another person’s rights.
9. Liability
We remain responsible for obligations required by law. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms apply to business-to-business purchases only. Any additional business-to-business liability limits must be expressly agreed in writing.
10. Events outside our control
If an event outside our reasonable control affects an order, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact. Where a significant delay occurs, we will discuss available options, including cancellation and any refund due under applicable law.
11. Privacy and external links
Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control third-party websites or their content.
12. Complaints, law and changes
Please send complaints to hello@prothread.co.uk or contact us using the details above so we can try to resolve them. These terms and business-to-business contracts are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms for future website use and orders; accepted orders remain subject to the terms agreed at acceptance.
